We’ve had a few windy, cloudy days. I’ve been in the mood for boots and miniskirts…for me, that is such a go-to outfit formula and beloved look. It’s a look I love because it’s flirty and a bit sassy. I remember when I was first dating Jeff I wore a lot of skirts/boots outfits. Combat boots with tweed a-line minis, python ankle boots with ruched floral miniskirts come to mind when I remember some of those looks. I think it’s a good look for first dates, or any time! I wear this combination all of the time, especially with these super cute Marsell boots.
Happy Friday !! Today I show you an outfit with a denim skirt. I combined it with a houndstooth blazer and a black top. For this occasion I chose a blue bag that I already showed you on the previous post, I love it !!
Another perfect look for a romantic date. Mysterious, elegant and timeless – black is one of the most intriguing colours. Studies have shown that if you want to be perceived as an attractive, confident and intelligent person, wearing darker clothes is definitely an advantage. This set, consisting of a lace blouse from SheIn.com, a pencil skirt from NA-KD.com, seamed tights and lacquered T-bar shoes, is made all the more sensual thanks to red highlights on the lips and the nails. What do you think of such an outfit for Valentine’s evening? 🙂
today an outfit with dots and glitter. As you may know I’m crazy glitter. The outfit today wearing a super cute skirt of Nümph. It’s a black skirt with bronze glitter.
The skirt is brand Nümph and tights from Conte . The blouse and pumps are from Primark. Previously I found pumps with a pointed nose, very old-fashioned. Today I love it and I’m just very nice! The tights have small dots, this matches the back of blouse. I absolutely love my new skirt and pantyhose. They are also super nice in combination with each other.
The day that I took these photos with Emma Loo Photography it was FREEZING outside. You can probably see that my hands in the photos are red and shivering! In between photos, I walked around with my mom’s huge puffer jacket on, hood up, with mittens on. Then I would quickly take everything off for a few shots and then throw everything right back on! It was pretty comical, but totally worth it. I love the unexpected combination of a cable knit sweater with a sequin skirt!
And speaking of cold weather in the Carolinas, we are currently awaiting a snow blizzard to move in this morning. We received a few inches of snow yesterday, but today we’re supposed to get more than 6 inches! I normally love the snow, but my mind has been in “spring mode” so I’m not very happy about the current situation.
Who else is ready for warm weather?!!?
